The City of Concord's Engineering department is excited to offer a new online application that allows users to submit an electronic application for a Public Water and/or Public Sewer permit along with supporting permit documentation for the Engineering department’s review and issuance. Allowing the applicant to see real-time status updates and review/change history of their applications.

If you are new to this site, you will need to Register for a new account, by simply providing your email address and password.

The Accela Citizen Access PRS case will be required to be referenced on your application for submittal. If you do not have an Accela Citizen Access PRS case, please contact the Planning Department at 704-920-5152.
